Last October I discussed the Moo cards I received for free. I decided to make these after reading Danny Choo’s post on Meishi (name / business cards).  I made these to try out Moo’s card printing services mainly.  When I received them, I started thinking of possible giveaways I could do with them but never did finalize anything with them.

As I mentioned in that post, these cards have printed on them special codes that will enable you to get 15% off your first order from Moo. I think its a pretty good deal and will certainly save you some money. I was also quite impressed with the quality of the cards I ordered even though I just threw them together at the time ^^;;

Since these cards are suppose to be a networking tool and my recent discussion on social networking, this contest is going to tie into the networking theme.

Received my 50 free Moo cards today.  Really just a test for me to see how good the quality was.  Pretty impressed, though I am sure I could have made them a bit better if I used the original file instead of what is posted on Flickr.  It was just a test and I wasn’t really being serious with it.

Most of the cards I made are from the photo shoot I did with Rin a while back.  Rest are other photos I liked.  I probably could have used more variety, I will next time though.  I used 25 images, so I have two cards for each image.

Each of the 50 cards also have a code on them to give someone 15% off their first order from Moo.  Looking forward to handing these out to people ^^

These are business card size, but I didn’t really make “business cards” per se.  More like promo cards, as I don’t have any real contact information on the back.  Just my website address, logo, and what my site is about.

I liked the quality of these so much that I’ll be a bit more serious on my next batch of cards from them.
